After an unfortunate hiatus in 2007, rest assured that NYCBSDCon will be happening over the weekend of October 11-12, 2008 at Columbia University with a similar format to the 2006 conference.
We look forward to hosting the conference again, and being an exciting meeting place for *BSD users, sysadmins and developers from all the projects.
If you're interested in speaking at the conference, start thinking about a topic relevant to the *BSD community - the cfp has been released.
If your firm is interested in being a sponsor, make sure that NYCBSDCon is in your marketing budget, as it will include many of the *BSD community's best and brightest. Please see our sponsors page for more information.
And if you're interested in attending, keep your eyes peeled for announcements. Registration will open in August.
NYCBUG's June meeting will be an origanizational one for NYCBSDCon.
